1. Cancellation Policy
a. Service Cancellation by the Client Clients may request a cancellation of services by providing written notice via email to hello@thegrowthflow.com. Cancellation requests must be submitted at least 7 days prior to the service start date. If a service has already commenced, cancellation may not be possible, or a partial refund may be applicable based on the work completed.

b. Service Cancellation by The Growth Flow We reserve the right to cancel a service under the following circumstances: Non-compliance with our Terms & Conditions. Non-payment of service fees within the stipulated timeline. External factors beyond our control affecting service delivery. In such cases, a full or pro-rata refund may be provided, depending on the situation.
2. Refund Policy
a. Eligibility for Refunds Refunds are applicable under the following conditions:
If the service has not yet started at the time of the refund request. If The growth flow is unable to fulfill the agreed-upon services due to unforeseen circumstances. If a cancellation request is made within the eligible timeframe as mentioned in the Cancellation Policy. We provide a 30-day return policy, meaning clients can request a refund within 30 days of the purchase date if they are unsatisfied with the service.
b. Refund Processing Timeline Approved refunds will be processed within 7 to 14 business days from the date of approval.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the transaction. Any processing charges or transaction fees deducted by payment gateways (e.g., Razorpay, banks) may be non-refundable.
c. Non-Refundable Situations Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:
Once the service has been delivered or substantially completed. If the cancellation request is made after the stipulated period. If the client fails to provide required inputs or cooperation necessary for service execution. For promotional or discounted services that are explicitly marked as non-refundable.
3. Changes to the Policy
The Growth Flow reserves the right to update or modify this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time. Changes will be reflected on this page with an updated “Effective Date.” Clients are encouraged to review the policy periodically.
